OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro brings first OxygenOS update with Live caption

The OnePlus 8 series update comes with version number OxygenOS 10.5.4. It adds Live Caption, optimizes the camera’s shooting experience and improved stability, optimizes the fingerprint unlock experience.

The company has started rolling out the first update for the flagship devices that brings few enhancements along with the March security patch.

OxygenOS is a lightweight smooth operating system with more choices and less hassle. It takes the phone.  In OnePlus 8 and in OnePlus 8 Pro added 280 new optimizations to make navigation and scrolling smoother and more fluid than ever before.

Better cloud storage in OnePlus

Company also introduced new dynamic wallpaper that will change with the weather. In the new series, by working with Google One, company gives 100 GB of cloud storage.

With the new software, the OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z, which were announced alongside the new smartphones, can be integrated with Dolby Atmos to provide you with better sound quality.

It has improved system stability, icon display in the status bar and also an improved back gesture experience. It also added Live caption which will detect speech in media and automatically generate captions, double-tap feature to wake up lock screen in ambient display mode or off-screen condition and OnePlus Tips & Support section in Settings.

In the updates, it also Optimized the camera’s shooting experience and improved stability. And also optimized the animation effect and improved interaction experience. Now we can wake up voice assistants of our choice just by long-pressing the power button.

OnePlus 8 smartphone price in India is likely to be Rs 53,190. OnePlus 8 is expected to be launched in the country on June 19, 2020.
